Delivery Timelines and Shipping Policy

This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our policies and procedures towards delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Super Dine Rice (https://superdinerice.com/) website. 

​We normally dispatch any and all of the orders that we have received within 24 hours of receiving the order. We deliver the products throughout India using our logistic partners. Depending on the geographic location of the customer it should take about 1 to 10 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.

Shipping times mentioned are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet.

Domestic Orders

Free shipping within City – using our logistic partners – unless “paid for Express delivery” is selected by the customer, in which case charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required, before shipping the order.

Delivery Time, normally: 9am-8pm (IST) during Business Days i.e., Monday to Saturday only.

We appreciate our customers placing orders online during Public Holidays, and we make all the effort but cannot guarantee shipping or deliveries during holidays, but the same may delay delivery.

Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for Express shipping requests.

We request our customers to plan their shopping & delivery in advance to avoid delays, especially when holidays occur.

We make all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Products are delivered to you in a timely fashion.
